Why we started Kroltelecom

Small businesses are often stuck choosing between consumer-grade calling apps that do not fit a business phone system, and enterprise platforms built for hundreds of seats. Kroltelecom exists for the businesses in between: enough lines and extensions to need a real PBX, without the complexity built for much bigger teams.

Every Kroltelecom customer gets their own Asterisk-based phone system, configured for how they actually answer calls, along with the Polycom and Poly handsets to go with it.

What we care about

We build a dedicated Asterisk-based PBX for each customer instead of putting everyone on one shared platform.

We work with businesses running a handful of lines up to a few dozen extensions, and we size the setup accordingly.
